The Victoria Hotel, OL9 is looking for Casual Room Attendants to join our friendly housekeeping team.
You will be responsible for cleaning guest’s rooms and providing exceptional service for our guests. You will clean guest’s bedrooms, corridors and bathrooms, undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities and manage guest’s requests.
Previous experience of working in a hotel environment or in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be provided. We are looking for room attendants who are hard working, passionate about hospitality and customer service, have an outgoing personality, is dedicated to the role, has a passion for working with people and has a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. to join our team.
Overview of the roles-
- Ensure all rooms / bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your work area
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score
- Ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely at all times
- Reporting and Follow up on maintenance issues
- To comply with Health and Safety policy
- Hours are between 9.00 am to Finish- Approx (1.30 - 14.00)
