Duties
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery and support marketing campaigns.
- Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Utilise IT tools for CRM management, data analysis, and campaign execution.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and marketing strategies through ongoing learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or marketing roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and event participation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£67,976.70 per year
