Junior Office Administrator

Location: Unit 1 Parkway Link, Kettlebridge Road, S9 3AJ, Sheffield

Job Type: Full-time, Entry Level

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and keen to learn and develop their administrative skills within a professional working environment.

No previous office administration experience is essential, as training will be provided to help you understand your role, responsibilities and our company's day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carrying out general office administration duties.

· Using computers and standard office software to complete daily tasks.

· Following instructions and company procedures accurately.

· Learning and completing your day-to-day responsibilities.

· Maintaining accurate records and information.

· Supporting other members of the team with administrative tasks.

· Communicating professionally with colleagues and, where required, customers or suppliers.

· Keeping work organised and completing tasks within expected timescales.

· Carrying out any other reasonable administrative duties as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

· Hardworking, reliable and committed.

· Competent and able to take responsibility for their work.

· Comfortable using computers and has sufficient IT skills to work confidently with everyday office systems.

· Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately.

· Training & Development

Training will be provided on how to carry out the role within our company, including our systems, processes and day-to-day procedures.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take guidance and develop their knowledge and confidence as they become familiar with the position.

· Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
