We have opportunities across our London based clinics for both full and part-time positions for a fully qualified Doctor, registered with the General Medical Council

The Role

Pure Sports Medicine has a developed a high reputation for the delivery of first-class Sport and Exercise Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Medicine.

This role is appropriate for a fully qualified Doctor, registered with the General Medical Council.

A successful candidate would become a key member of a highly effective and established multi-disciplinary team including; consultants, physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists, soft tissue therapist, strength and conditioning coaches, an exercise physiologist and dietician.

Essential

The posts are permanent and are appropriate for individuals on the specialist register in Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine (SEM) or within six months of obtaining a CCT in SEM. Applicants must have MRCP, MRCGP or equivalent and be Fellows of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK).

Main responsibilities

The main duties will be to provide SEM and musculoskeletal medicine in a team environment managing secondary and tertiary referrals. Excellent team-working skills are required. Comprehensive clinical experience in SEM and musculoskeletal medicine is expected with skills in musculoskeletal ultrasound examination and guided injection highly desirable.

Remuneration

This is a salaried role with the opportunity to increase earnings through enhanced performance. It comes with benefits such as paid annual and study leave, contribution to CPD costs and private medical insurance For appropriate candidates there is also an opportunity for sponsorship of a higher degree, together with excellent opportunities for research, service development and audit.
