Overview

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a General Kitchen Assistant and become an essential part of creating delicious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment! Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and food assembly to support chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Support the serving process by preparing ingredients and plating dishes as directed
Help with inventory management by stocking supplies and checking expiration dates
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to prevent contamination
Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and uphold quality standards

Experience

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
Basic understanding of meal assembly, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
Experience working in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm for learning culinary skills and supporting a busy kitchen environment
