We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Administrator to come and join our team on our Nuclear Restoration services account in NRS Berkeley, Hamfield Lane, GL13 9PA
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours a week, compressed to a four-day week (Monday – Thursday) working 9.5 hours a day Monday to Wednesday, and 9 hours a day on a Thursday.
What you will do:

Process and handle confidential information with discretion.

Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system.

Receive and disseminates information to other team members to ensure service delivery.

Input to and maintain spreadsheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.

Liaise with stakeholders

Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.

Take direction from Facilities Manager and wider team members.

Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager.
What you will bring:

Experience/use of Microsoft packages/IT literate.

Experience in a similar administration support role, ideally within the construction sector.

Excellent ability to manage timekeeping and prioritise workload.

Good communication skills.

Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.

Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications.
