Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Supervisor to join our team in Bristol, England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating office operations, supporting teams, and ensuring daily administrative activities run efficiently. You will work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop your leadership and organizational skills while contributing to the success of the business.

What you'll do:

Supervise and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with scheduling, record keeping, filing, and document management.
Support internal departments with administrative requests.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when needed.
Help maintain accurate reports, databases, and company records.
Assist with onboarding and general office administration.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries professionally.
Help improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative or office experience is helpful but not essential, as training may be provided.
