We're looking for an enthusiastic Head Cook or Chef to lead our kitchen.
Working hours 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of new managment working closely with the business owner, you'll play a key role in developing menus, introducing fresh ideas and creating a food offering that employees genuinely look forward to each day.

About the Role
Based within Encirc's busy staff canteen, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day kitchen operation, serving freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches and hospitality catering for employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality breakfasts and lunches.
- Leading the daily running of the kitchen.
- Working alongside the business owner to develop menus and seasonal specials.
- Ordering stock and managing food costs.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Supporting and leading the kitchen team.
- Delivering a consistently high standard of food and customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience as a Head Cook, Chef or Senior Cook.
- Enjoys preparing fresh, homemade food.
- Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality food.
- Is enthusiastic about helping to build and develop a new catering operation.
