Position: Customs Clearance Agent
The company is rapidly expanding and seeking experienced, confident, and dynamic individuals to join our team.
Our UK branch office is part of a large multinational freight forwarding company, with multiple worldwide offices.
We offer Worldwide multi modal shipping by air, sea, and road.
Since our inception in 2019 we have grown rapidly, we now require customs clearance administrators and operators to further enhance our team.
Based in our modern new office in Fareham. The candidate must have a general background in freight and good understanding of customs clearance and the processes involved. The ideal candidate would also have experience in Road freight, together with a can-do attitude.
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced customs clearance agent for our customs clearance department.
We are looking for a committed, innovative and energetic approach and the successful candidate will play a key role in our ever-growing company.

The successful applicants will be responsible for the following:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Import and Export Customs Clearance
- Invoicing
- Customer relationship building
- Building and maintaining client and agent network
- Liasing with our network of customers, hauliers and partners
Skills Required:
· Good knowledge of customs procedures
· Ability to work under pressure
· 1-5 years’ experience in freight or logistics
· Good Communication Skills
· Good IT Skills
· Proactive approach to problem solving
· High levels of accuracy
· Strong Customer care skills
