Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Help customers with frame selection.
Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with various office tasks as needed to support team members.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in clerical and administrative functions, including data entry and office management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in using computer systems to manage information efficiently.
