Job description

At Exhibition Plinths we design and manufacture high quality Glass Display Cabinets and Plinths for both commercial and private clients for purchase and hire throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on being specialists in the Design and Manufacturing of standard and Bespoke retail display solutions.

We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time/Ad Hoc DRIVER to join our expanding driving team.

Ad Hoc hours per week @ £13.50 per hour

Working Hours must be flexible due to driving delivery times and locations.

The working hours will be depending on Client needs so you will expect to work evenings and weekends where necessary, however we will work with you and your availability.

Extra Hours will be available for you to work during our busy periods should you want to work them.

We will need you to:

Be able to work weekends when needed and enjoy over night stays.
Have experience and confidence in driving throughout the UK but predominately London and Scotland.
Carry out driving duties as instructed by the Office Team, to include delivering, setting up and collecting display cabinets at Clients locations.
Liaise with the Client contacts on site.

The role can be physically demanding and will involve loading/unloading and some setup of our plinths and glass cabinets upon arrival to site.

A typical week could involve a delivery to London and then an early collection the following day, then back to London or Scotland and 1-2 days in the workshop.

Nights away will be required and you may also be required to fly to and from Bristol on occasions, however full expenses will be paid.

To apply for this role you will be over 30 and hold a clean uk drivers license for more than 3 years.
