At Keystone Lintels, we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic SHEQ Coordinator to join our team at our Cookstown manufacturing site.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in driving continuous improvement across Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).
In this role, you'll not only support day-to-day SHEQ activities but will also take ownership of training compliance across the Cookstown site, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and skills to work safely and effectively.
What you'll be doing
As our SHEQ Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring our site remains compliant, well-trained and continuously improving.
Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting safe working practices and supporting a strong health and safety culture across the site.

Delivering health and safety inductions, Toolbox Talks and employee training.

Developing and reviewing risk assessments, safe systems of work and Standard Operating Procedures.

Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring actions are completed effectively.

Carrying out SHEQ audits, workplace inspections and supporting statutory compliance.

Coordinating mandatory training and maintaining training compliance across the Cookstown site.

Supporting the development of our EcoOnline SHEQ management system and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Producing SHEQ reports, managing non-conformances and supporting internal and external audits.

Working closely with colleagues across our Cookstown and Swadlincote sites to deliver business-wide SHEQ improvement projects.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:

Previous experience within a manufacturing SHEQ, Health & Safety or Quality environment would be beneficial.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as a NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH qualification or a degree in Health & Safety (or a related discipline), would be desirable.

Passionate about health, safety and continuous improvement.

Organised with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicating with people at all levels of the business.

Able to prioritise a varied workload in a busy manufacturing environment.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

Enthusiastic about driving positive change and improving standards.
