As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care while promoting resident wellbeing, dignity, independence and positive clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Resident Wellbeing
· Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
· Promote resident wellbeing, dignity, independence and quality of life.
· Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care tailored to individual needs.
· Respond appropriately to changing clinical needs and emergencies.
Team Leadership & Professional Support
· Provide guidance and support to care teams.
· Contribute to effective shift coordination where required.
· Support induction, mentoring and professional development activities.
· Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
Communication & Multidisciplinary Working
· Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals.
· Participate in handovers, reviews and multidisciplinary discussions.
· Communicate clinical information accurately and professionally.
· Escalate concerns appropriately and without delay.
Governance, Quality & Professional Standards
· Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
· Support medicines management and clinical governance activities.
· Promote safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety.
· Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
You'll be:
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration appropriate to the role.
- A compassionate, professional and clinically confident nurse committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate about promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and positive clinical outcomes.
- Committed to maintaining high clinical, professional and governance standards.

Desirable Experience
- Post-registration qualifications relevant to your clinical area.
- Experience supporting residents with complex clinical, behavioural or mental health needs.
- Experience participating in safeguarding, MDT meetings and clinical reviews.
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues.
- Experience using electronic care planning or medication management systems.
