Full job description

Centrado Trading Ltd is a UK company supplying materials to the picture framing industry, in the UK and Ireland. We supply all materials required for making a frame, this includes – glass, moulding, fixings, mounts etc.

Our Armagh depot was established in 2019 and has grown quickly over the last 4 years to develop from a one person team to a team of 10 and from carrying approximately 30 SKUs in stock to almost 2000 with a stock value of over £250k. In order to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency and to ensure full compliance on all necessary legislation we are looking for an Operations Manager to provide oversite of the operation.

Key Duties/Focus:

Health & safety – Ensuring there is a culture of safe working practise and keeping records up to date
Stock holding – managing the stock transfer requests from head office in Huntingdon
Ensuring SAP (CRM system) is being used correctly and all data entry is up to date, including the daily processing of customer orders
Warehouse management – Ensuring the warehouse is organised safely and efficiently
Quality – Working with the team to maintain a high DIFOT score (Delivered In Full On Time)
Van deliveries – Ensuring these are routed and loaded correctly and on track and work with the team to resolve any issues
Managing all HR requirements – payroll adjustments, one to ones, performance management, recruitment, resourcing levels etc
General overseeing of daily operation within the Depot, including Order picking, Stock, Delivery Status, Vehicle Maintenance, Customer communication

Key Attributes:

Self-motivator with a desire to succeed
Excellent level of accuracy, numeracy and literacy
Prepared to adopt a hands-on approach
IT skills – need to have experience of working with CRM systems, Excel and Outlook
Be an effective communicator and lead by example
Desire to always do the best for the customer

Salary: circa £50,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 41.25 hours per week (7.30am-4.30pm – unpaid lunch of 45mins)

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
