We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team at Porsche Perth.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys providing expert advice, managing employee relations matters, and supporting managers across a wide range of people-related activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide timely and professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and capability matters.
Support managers through investigations, hearings, and formal HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with policy development and ensure consistent application across the organisation.
Support organisational change initiatives and HR projects as required.
Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.
What you will need to be an HR Advisor at Porsche:
Previous HR experience, particularly in employee relations and case management.
Experience advising managers on a broad range of HR matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A professional, confidential and solution-focused approach.
CIPD qualification or working towards a qualification, is advantageous.
Knowledge of HR systems and reporting would be beneficial.
Hours of Work: approximately 32 hours per week, worked flexibly across 3-4 days.
