Thermaheat Ltd is a family-run business that has been serving customers across the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland since 1994. Known for our quality workmanship and reliable service, we specialise in the supply and installation of stoves, range cookers and heating systems, including gas and oil-fired boilers. Over the last 30 years, we've built a loyal customer base and a strong local reputation, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a friendly, experienced team.
Key responsibilities
· Carry out a wide range of plumbing, including but not limited to:
· Oil and gas boiler installations
- Pipework repairs and replacements
- Radiator installations
- General plumbing maintenance
- Stove and flue installations
- Bathroom installations
· Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
· Maintain a professional approach while providing excellent customer service on every job.
· Manage your own workload while working collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects safely, on time and to a high standard
Essential qualifications
· Minimum of three years' experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
· Relevant plumbing qualification (SVQ, NVQ or equivalent).
· Full UK driving licence.
· Sound knowledge of domestic plumbing and heating installations.
· Confident fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
· A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Desirable experience
· Experienced in oil boiler installations
· Gas safe qualifications
· Stove installation experience
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
