Trainee or Experienced
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. ( Trainee no experience nessesary). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, specialising in pre-owned vehicles, with the potential for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits effectively
Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to convert enquiries into sales
Organise appointments and manage your own schedule efficiently to optimise sales performance
Requirements
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and organisational abilities
Demonstrated ability to upsell products and close sales effectively
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
Valid driving licence is essential for conducting test drives and client meetings
