Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our facilities team at the University of West London in Ealing. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

To provide an effective, professional administration support to operational / FM team
To advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements and check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices
Prepare, process and submit invoices to the client for work undertaken, monitor payments of invoices and take recovery action as necessary in accordance with standard procedures.
Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Assist with asset management, invoicing and purchasing
Working 40 hours per week, from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday

Who are we looking for?

Previous administration experience and good IT skills (able to use emails, management systems, databases, Maximo/CAFM, etc.) is essential
Financially and commercially astute with experience of handling purchase orders, etc.
Excellent administration skills
High level of customer service skills and a good telephone manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Have a flexible approach to working, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
