Full job description

We at Greenfields are looking to expand our team and are recruiting for a Playground Installer. Greenfields is a family run, ambitious business located just outside Gloucester. We are looking for a determined individual with excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to solve problems.

The role:

Installing and maintaining play area equipment in schools, leisure facilities and for Parish Councils in line with current safety standards
Installation of safety surfaces - Rubber wet pour, bonded mulch and artifical grass
Following install instructions, interpret and follow design drawings
Liaising and communicating with the customers/schools on site/face to face
Working on a variety of other works such as Hard Landscaping and ground work
Training will be provided on all aspects of the role

The ideal candidate will:

Have a full driving license, maximum of 6 points
Experience in usage of power tools
Be able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment
Have good time keeping skills
Have good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team and independently
Plant equipment licence holder
Towing experience
Carpentry and Landscaping skills
Supervisory experience preferred but not essential
Clear DBS check to be completed on employment
