About Community Integrated Care
Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.
Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.
Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.
Working closely with the Quality Team, Regional Managers and Service Leaders, you'll play a key role in driving quality and continuous improvement across our care services.
This is a hands-on quality assurance role where you will directly influence the quality of support experienced by the people we support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out quality assurance audits across services
- Review care plans, support documentation and working practices
- Produce detailed reports with clear recommendations and improvement actions
- Support Service Leaders to develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Help services prepare for Care Inspectorate inspections and Local Authority monitoring
- Validate quality standards and monitor ongoing compliance
- Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Share best practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Champion person-centred support, human rights and positive outcomes for the people we support
- Work in partnership with Regional Managers and the wider Quality Team to improve standards across the region
We're looking for someone who has experience within Health & Social Care and understands what great quality looks like.
