About The Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team, supporting Publica, our partner Councils and Ubico. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment activity, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure the talent needed to deliver vital public services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workforce by recruiting directly for a diverse range of positions across local government and our partner organisations.

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home and from our office in Cirencester, so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance.

The post is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, or until the postholder returns – whichever is sooner. The hours for this role are 22.2 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are open to discussing some flexibility around the Wednesday working pattern, but attendance on Thursdays and Fridays is essential.

You will need

At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but it is not an essential criteria.
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle with multiple stakeholders.
To be organised, proactive, and results-driven approach.
