As Stantec’s UK business continues to scale, our Talent Acquisition team continues to play a key role in our expansion. To support our next phase of growth within the Regulated Water Sector in Scotland, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This is a high-visibility, impactful role where you will directly influence our growth trajectory and act as a trusted talent partner to the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a comprehensive end-to-end role where you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across numerous disciplines in our water sector.
You will devise direct sourcing strategies and work with our sourcing team in the development of our candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements. You will play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience. This is a fast-paced role where you will operate as a strategic partner to the business.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will lead comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment campaigns, working closely with senior hiring managers and key stakeholders across the water sector:
Strategic Partnering: Advise business leaders on market trends, recruitment best practices, and talent pooling.
Proactive Sourcing: Devise innovative direct-sourcing strategies and collaborate with our sourcing team to build robust candidate pipelines and engaged talent communities for future framework requirements.
Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional, inclusive candidate journey, ensuring every applicant leaves their interaction with Stantec feeling valued and respected.
Business Growth: Secure top-tier engineering and technical talent to deliver critical infrastructure projects across Scotland.
ABOUT YOU
You are a resilient TA practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of high-volume requirements.
You will ideally bring a blend of in-house and agency experience, with a proven track record in the Engineering, Construction, or Professional Services sectors.
You enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment function and have a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels. You pride yourself on being responsive, have a strong attention to detail and have a passion for finding the top talent in the market.
