As Helpdesk Assistant with Target-FM you will be an essential part of the operational structure and key to the successful growth of the business.
Helpdesk Assistant
As Helpdesk Assistant, you will work as first point of contact for our clients and supply chain network when contacting our helpdesk.
You must provide excellent customer service ensuring you are helpful, well-mannered and present the company in a professional manner.
This is a key essential role within an exciting growing business.
Key Responsibilities
· Principle point of contact for all client requests for reactive maintenance, PPM/Compliance and minor works.
· Triage of all requests to ensure information is accurate for deployment to engineers.
· Updating and closing of reactive, PPM and minor works on our CAFM system, along with updating clients and client portals in real time when required.
· Deployment of jobs to our engineers and tracking to completion.
· Answer calls and emails within agreed SLA time limits.
· Take a proactive approach to client interactions and ensure any concerns are dealt with or relayed to management promptly.
· Book in works directly with the clients’ sites ensuring works can be completed at a convenient time.
· Build relationships with our supply chain ensuring we are working collaboratively to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
· Type up minor works quotations and uplift requests for clients pending management sign off.
Skills required
· Experience working in a telecommunications role previously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
· Experience working on a busy helpdesk function within maintenance or facilities management is essential.

Shifts/Hours
- This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 9.00AM-5.30PM
- Requirement to provide Out of Hours Support on a rota basis (Allowance paid)
