As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the branch, building strong client relationships, and helping drive the department forward.

What we’re looking for

A proactive and motivated individual with a positive outlook.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the branch.
Familiarity with the South Hams area (advantageous).
A full driving licence and own car (essential).

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting the team with sales negotiations, property viewings, and applicant registrations.
Contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
Maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Hours & location

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45am – 5:30pm).
1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 1:00pm) (time off in lieu).
