About the Role

As a Level 2 Gym Instructor you will work with a diverse range of participants -from complete beginners to regular gym users-overseeing their progress within the gym environment and ensuring safe utilization of the facility. You'll also play a key role in promoting healthy living and support out charity's mission to build a stronger healthier community

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective and engaging inductions of the gym to new members
Support participants with personal fitness and wellbeing plans
Motivate and inspire members to achieve lasting lifestyle changes
Maintain a welcoming, inclusive and professional environments

Requirements

Recognised Gym Instructor qualification (eg Level 2)
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Flexibility to work different shifts including some weekends.
Good organisational skills and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

Applicants also holding a recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification you can earn an enhanced rate of pay over and above the base level for any time spent delivering PT sessions to our customers/members.
