We are The Light, providing a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities; cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars, and kitchens – we have it all!

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Cinema Team Member to join our crew. Whether you're helping guests at the tills, serving snacks, or getting the screens ready, as a Cinema Team Member you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team that makes every visit special.

About You:

A positive, can-do attitude
Friendly, helpful, and a great team player
An interest in film and cinema
Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
Reliable and happy to work flexible shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring comfort with physical work and a dynamic environment
No experience needed — just bring your energy and a great attitude!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome and assist guests with a smile
Serve food, drinks, and snacks from our kitchen and concessions
Keep all areas clean, tidy, and safe
Help guests find their screens and settle in for their film
Work as part of a team to make sure every shift runs smoothly
Deliver top-notch customer service every time
