We are looking for a skilled and reliable Metal Polisher to join our team in the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing, buffing, grinding, and finishing a variety of metal components to achieve high-quality surface finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Polish, buff, and finish metal parts to required specifications.
- Operate polishing, grinding, and buffing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove surface imperfections and prepare materials for finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a metal polisher or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and polishing machinery.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
