Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of House Assistant / Barista to join our vibrant café team. This role involves preparing drinks, serving customers, taking orders, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the café in a busy and welcoming environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables and counters
Assist with food handling tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
Help provide friendly, efficient customer service in a busy environment
Assist with general day-to-day café operations

Requirements

Right to work in the UK
Good spoken English
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous café, coffee shop, bakery, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong organisational skills and excellent time management abilities

This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a supportive and welcoming environment.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
