Full job description

Job Overview

Join one of Wales’ fastest-growing energy consultancies and help UK businesses reduce both costs and carbon.

This isn’t a standard sales role.

You’ll work directly with company directors, finance directors, operations teams and property owners to deliver meaningful energy solutions that improve profitability while supporting Net Zero objectives.

Solutions you’ll sell:

· Solar PV

· Commercial battery storage

· Heat pumps and heating systems

· LED lighting

· EV charging

· Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)

· Energy procurement and switching

· Carbon reduction strategies

· ESG and energy optimisation services

You’ll be responsible for:
· Developing new commercial relationships

· Winning mid-market and corporate clients

· Managing opportunities from first meeting through to contract

· Working alongside technical surveyors and project managers

· Building long-term client relationships

· Becoming a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has a proven B2B sales track record

· Can sell consultatively at director level

· Is confident discussing energy, engineering or property (training provided if required)

· Is highly self-motivated

· Wants to build something rather than simply hit monthly KPIs

Package:

· £50,000 basic

· Uncapped commission

· Realistic first-year earnings £100,000+

· Top performers £150,000+

· Company pension

Pay: From £50,000.00 per year
