Job Description

We are looking for a Deputy Company Secretary to support the Group Company Secretary & General Counsel in ensuring effective governance, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and the efficient administration of board and committee processes.

About You
ICSA/CGI qualified with strong academic background and company secretarial experience at a UK listed PLC.
Comfortable engaging with internal management teams and an experienced board of directors.
Ability to challenge and support senior leadership constructively.
High integrity and discretion.
Collaborative, approachable, and proactive.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast pace, rapidly evolving environment
