Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations to uphold food safety regulations
Manage multiple tables or bar orders efficiently while prioritizing guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments securely
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and cash transactions accurately
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders seamlessly
Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic for extended periods during shifts
A friendly demeanor with a passion for creating welcoming environments for all guests
