A Fantastic Opportunity to join the South West's Leading Solar PV Installer

Full Training Provided at our Sunny Cornwall Headquarters

Are you a highly motivated and energetic person who enjoys problem solving and working to save the planet?

Join our dynamic team at Naked Solar's Exeter Hub as a Solar Installer, where you'll embark on an exciting journey to acquire new skills and contribute to our expanding team. Benefit from comprehensive training sessions at our Newquay Headquarters as you kickstart your career in the solar industry.

A great opportunity to work as part of a small team in our fast growing company that cares about the team and provides high quality products and services to customers in a friendly environment.

You will be working throughout the South West assisting with roof installations of the latest Green technology for domestic and commercial customers. Plus maintenance, testing, and remedial work on existing Solar PV arrays.

Responsibilities

Install solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties using hand and power tools.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid CSCS card.
Conduct site assessments and prepare installation sites, including excavation if necessary.
Perform electrical connections and troubleshoot system issues, applying mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Every team member has a monthly 121 with their trained line manager to ensure you're happy, supported and maximising your potential.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
Valid driver's license.

A passion for renewable energy
CSCS
Working at Heights experience
