Location: Office-based (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Office & Finance Administrator to join our friendly team.

About the Role
The Office & Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day tasks of the company while managing essential financial administration tasks. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure our operations run efficiently and professionally.
The role is 24 hours per week, based in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the opportunity to increase to a full-time position as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing purchase and sales invoicing accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining financial records using QuickBooks.
- Processing payments and reconciling accounts.
- Providing general office administration support.
- Managing emails and responding professionally to enquiries.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required.
- Identifying and resolving administrative or finance-related issues.
Essential Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience using QuickBooks.
- Previous experience with invoicing and finance administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional email communication skills.
- Confidence handling telephone enquiries.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Technology skills and experience.
Desirable
- Previous administration experience within an education, school, or local authority environment.
- Experience working with schools, charities, or public sector organisations.
