WE'RE HIRING – JUNIOR BID WRITER

Location: Manchester (Office-based)
Employment Type: Full-time

With continued growth across both public and private sector markets, we are seeking skilled Bid Writers to support the preparation of quality tender submissions and help secure new business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation, contribute to its continued success, and play a key role in supporting future business growth.

The Role

The Junior Bid Writer will support bid and tender preparation activities while assisting with proposal development, document management, and business development initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to build a career within bid writing and tender management.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Support bid and tender preparation

▪ Draft, proofread, and format tender responses

▪ Review tender documents and coordinate internal information

▪ Maintain bid libraries and monitor opportunities

▪ Support framework applications and business development activities

Essential Requirements

▪ 2+ years' bid/proposal or relevant administration experience preferred

▪ Excellent written communication and attention to detail

▪ Good Microsoft Office skills

▪ Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable

▪ Positive attitude and ability to work to deadlines

▪ Relevant professional qualification or degree preferred
