The Role

As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their spa journey.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage spa check-ins and departures.
Handle bookings, enquiries, and treatment reservations.
Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules.
Support the spa team in delivering seamless guest experiences.
Ensure reception and guest areas are always presented to a high standard.

About You

Previous reception, spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Professional, friendly, and guest-focused.
Confident using booking systems and computer software.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
