We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Come and join our team in our Braintree Store! We have a permanent contract working 8hrs per week during weekends - 4 hrs on Saturday and 4 hrs on Sunday with some flexibility to cover during annual leave and sickness days.

Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have worked in a customer-facing sales role.

Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Have experience in a retail or similar environment.

Have retail or customer service experience.

You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.

Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
