About the Role
Reporting to the Reception & Reservations Manager, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from enquiry through to departure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and delivering outstanding check-in and check-out experiences.
- Managing reservations professionally while maximising sales opportunities.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Providing knowledgeable advice about the resort's facilities, services and local area.
- Processing payments, refunds and cash handling accurately.
- Using Front Office systems confidently and efficiently.
- Working closely with colleagues across the resort to ensure exceptional guest service.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and naturally welcoming.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Professional with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and computer systems.
- Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Flexible and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours
This role is based within our Reception & Reservations team and includes a mixture of:
- Early shifts
- Late shifts (finishing at 10:00pm)
- Regular weekend working
