Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the highest standards of product safety, consistency, and excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed quality inspections, analyzing data to identify trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance will help uphold our reputation for delivering top-tier products to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where your analysis skills and dedication to quality make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of goods in, WIP, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Analyze testing data and inspection results to detect patterns, root causes, and areas for process improvement
Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed quality records for traceability and compliance purposes
Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly and support process adjustments as needed
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols
Support internal audits and facilitate external inspections by regulatory agencies or clients

Skills

Proven experience in quality control roles or assembly within manufacturing/engineering
Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating across teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards
