Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of goods in, WIP, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Analyze testing data and inspection results to detect patterns, root causes, and areas for process improvement
- Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed quality records for traceability and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly and support process adjustments as needed
- Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols
- Support internal audits and facilitate external inspections by regulatory agencies or clients
Skills
- Proven experience in quality control roles or assembly within manufacturing/engineering
- Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating across teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards
