Working within the Mansefield Restaurant and Mezzo Bar Evenings including Weekends.
You will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Contracted minimum 24 hours per week, usually working 5 days out of 7.
Shifts mainly evening shifts working Restaurant/Bar with occassional morning Breakfast Shift and DayTime Shift for event catering
Usual Restaurant & Bar work involved, taking customer orders, making drinks, serving food.
Ensuring Bar is kept in a clean welcoming environment to match standard of Mansefield Hotel.
The successful candidate will need to be smart, presentable, social, confident and have a pleasant personality; they will need to be enthusiastic and provide excellent customer service. It is more important that we find the right person for the job.
Example Shift Times
Evening Restaurant - starting around 5pm and finishing between 10pm-Midnight
Breakfast - starting around 7am/8am and finishing around 11am/12pm
They will need to be at least 18 years old as they will be serving alcohol.
On-site Training will be provided
- Holidays as accrued as worked, period runs April-March, usually 28 days across the year
- Additional Shifts may be available for overtime & holiday cover
Pay rate is negotiable depending on professional experience
Rate set above is for ages 21+, ages 18-20 wage rate will be based on experience.
Hotel closes over the festive period - closed over Christmas through to the New Year. Usually around 14 days closure/holiday period.
