Full job description

Overview

We are seeking diligent and motivated Seasonal Harvest Workers to join our vineyard team during the grape harvesting season. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture and agricultural practices, contributing directly to the successful harvest. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are physically capable of handling demanding tasks in a rural environment. Applicants should be prepared for physically intensive work and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure quality during harvest.

What you'll be doing

Hand-picking grapes during the harvest season
Working as part of a team in the vineyard
Following quality and safety procedures
Helping ensure grapes are harvested to a high standard

What we're looking for

No experience necessary
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexible, as harvest dates and finish times depend on the weather and crop

Job Details

Start Date: Mid to late September 2026
Duration: Approximately 12 working days over a 3-week period
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (finish times vary)
Location: Chichester, PO18 0LY

Please note: Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
