Insurance Account Handler
Shrewsbury | Full Time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | Office Based | Free Parking
We're a friendly, independent brokerage based in Shrewsbury, looking for an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team.
We know insurance can be fast-paced, challenging and sometimes unpredictable, which is why we're looking for someone who enjoys being busy, loves building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team where people support each other, celebrate success, and enjoy coming to work.
What you'll bring:
✔ At least 3 years' experience in commercial insurance
✔ Knowledge of products such as Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined and Liability Insurance.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
✔ Cert CII qualified or working towards qualifications (preferred but not essential)
✔ A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit
