We are looking for someone who will bring-
-
Demonstrable experience of managing complex Building Regulation applications under the Building Act 1984.

In depth, technical knowledge and expertise of Building Regulations and the legislation associated.

Proven ability to problem solve, provide innovative, forward thinking solutions.

Excellent Communication skills, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

Previous experience of mentoring and supporting junior staff, providing technical advice and career guidance.

Experience of Plan checking for Building regulation purposes.
