- Basic salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
- Increase your basic salary by up to £17,000 within your first 3 years through our progression structure
- OTE of £60,000+ in your first year

The Role
As a Telemarketer, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses across the UK.
Your role will involve:
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Building rapport and creating engaging conversations
- Identifying customer needs and uncovering sales opportunities
- Introducing businesses to F One Technologies’ award-winning telecoms solutions
- Qualifying opportunities and generating appointments
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
- Maintaining accurate records of your activity and opportunities
Every conversation is different. You’ll need to be confident, personable and resilient, with the ability to turn a cold conversation into a genuine business opportunity.
What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is preferred, but it’s not essential. If you have the right attitude, work ethic and personality, we can teach you the rest.
