How you will create an impact
This is a fantastic client facing role for an inquisitive, analytical problem solver who wants to progress their career within the insurance industry.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the servicing of all reinsurance related requirements for a portfolio of Multinational gross and net line captive accounts

Partner with Producing Offices and Client Executives to design and deliver Multinational solutions.

Coordinate premium-related activities including invoice issuance, reconciliation, cash flow tracking and data analysis ensuring accuracy across systems and timely communications with stakeholders.

Act as the central point of contact for internal and external parties which includes reinsurers, brokers, regional offices - to be able to manage service delivery, resolve issues and meet program requirements.

Drive consistency and improvements in end-to end process, identify remediation actions, and ensure program compliance with corporate requirements and contractual commitments.

Onboarding of new accounts and ensure seamless implementation and renewal of global programs, managing timelines and ensuring alignment with service expectations.

Resolve client and reinsurer issues promptly, maintain accurate documentation and support Claims in distributing the program and reinsurer details when needed

Regularly and thoroughly monitor all accounts to ensure custom service delivery solutions that support our clients’ needs / commitments.

Provide support and collaboration to colleagues as needed.
What you’ll need to succeed

Experience within a client facing role within insurance

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Demonstrated experience creating and managing accurate timely reports, with good attention to detail.
