Full job description

We're currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-paced Production Team. As a Production Operative, you'll be a key part of the team responsible for preparing, assembling, and packing our high-quality products to meet customer orders. You'll work in a target-driven environment to keep our production lines running smoothly, ensuring our meals are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Work as part of a team to prepare, inspect, and pack products according to customer specifications.
Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Food Hygiene.
Keep your work area clean and tidy by following a "clean as you go" policy.
Complete necessary paperwork, both written and electronic, including quality and temperature checks.
Highlight any product or line issues to your supervisor immediately.
With appropriate training, operate various parts of the production machinery.

A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
An awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.
