You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Fort William.
This is a growing, high performing store in a scenic location great for someone who loves hiking and the outdoors. We are also able to provide support with housing as well as an incredibly lucrative starting salary & package.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 1,100 items a month/week,

It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, Private services and all NHS services.

It provides services to 32 bed care homes and 9 substance misuse patients.

It dispenses 59 community blisters.
This pharmacy is open 9:00 until 6pm Monday to Friday and 9-5:30am on a Saturday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a Team Leader, Pharmacist, 1 ACT & 2 trainees.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
