Digital Marketing & AI Specialist

Location | Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke on Trent
£18–£20 per hour, depending on experience
18 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 09:00–15:00
Initial 6-month contract, with potential for longer-term employment
Start Date: October 2026

EOS Protective Services is a professional UK private security company providing discreet, reliable and high-quality security services to corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, VIPs and organisations globally.

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, commercially minded Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and help drive the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on role with genuine autonomy. We're looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, turn them into effective marketing campaigns and use modern AI technology to work smarter and achieve better results.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver our digital marketing strategy
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, alongside Facebook and X
Create engaging written, graphic and video content
Develop blogs, case studies, brochures and capability statements
Manage email marketing campaigns
Improve SEO and our online visibility
Research competitors, markets and new business opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations
Use ChatGPT, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
Explore AI automation, lead generation and workflow opportunities
Create short-form videos and visual content for social media
Work closely with the leadership team to develop our brand and generate new business enquiries

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Creative, ambitious and full of ideas
Commercially minded and focused on results
Experienced in digital marketing and social media
A strong copywriter with excellent written English
Comfortable using AI tools within marketing
Experienced with Canva or similar design software
Familiar with SEO and digital marketing best practice
Experienced with HubSpot CRM
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms
Organised, proactive and able to work independently
Excited about emerging technology and finding smarter ways of working

Experience with video editing, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing, marketing automation or paid social media would also be advantageous.
