SERVICE ADVISOR – JOB SPECIFICATION

We are looking for a new Service Advisor to join our team based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Our Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and again for servicing, MOT and repairs. It is their job to exhibit their knowledge and expertise so that our customers have all the information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
The main duties will include:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Liaising with customers, face to face and over the phone
- Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair
- Liaising with workshop to provide customer updates
- Contacting customers to monitor satisfaction
- Manage courtesy car bookings
- Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate based on service activity
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
- Introducing new offers and presenting the benefits of Genuine Service and Parts to customers
- Selling Service Contracts by promoting the benefits and cost savings
- Raising invoices for completed works
- Providing estimates for customers
- Interpret warranty claims from job cards
- Adhoc admin duties to support the department

- Hold a clean UK Driving Licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
