We are a well-established law firm based in Ipswich, Suffolk, known for delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Secretary to join our friendly and dynamic team
**The Role:**
As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding clients, opening files and initial letters
- Scanning post
- AML and compliance
- Issuing contract packs
- Audio typing and other general office duties
- Managing diary, scheduling appointments, and liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate files and records
**About You:**
- Previous experience as a legal secretary within conveyancing essential
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
